IF YOU ARE AN ARTIST WITH A PORTFOLIO ON THE SITE

Sign in using member login in the left hand menu.
- Once you have signed in, go to My Lightbox and then Create New Lightbox. Here you can create a Lightbox Folder by entering a name for it. You can create as many different Lightbox folders as you wish.
- Now you can Select A Lightbox from the drop down menu below. Once selected this will be the one in use until you reselect another Lightbox.
- From here click on the Performing Artists/Model section in the left hand menu and locate your desired folder, where you will then be required to enter your user password, supplied by the photographer.
- Now you can view all your uploaded pictures and by clicking on the +/- button below the picture you can either add or remove from your current Lightbox.
- Once you are done you can return to My Lightbox and view all your selected photos together and also easily email them to another third-party for viewing (you will need to present them with your user password, if you want them to be able to fully view and email back a selection from your folder)
IF YOU RECEIVE PHOTOGRAPHS VIA LIGHTBOX BY EMAIL
- When viewing any of the photos you can ?Click For More Details? where you will be taken to the main website.
- Here you will be presented to enter a user password that should be supplied by the artist.
- Now you view all the pictures of the artist.
- If you require to email back any selection you will need to become a registered user (signing up is a very quick and simple process) and then you can create your own Lightbox.
- Once you are logged in and have selected your lightbox, you can return to the original email, and by clicking on any of the photos, you can easily add them as choices to your Lightbox and return the email.
CREATING AND USING LIGHTBOX

How long will I wait form my order?
Most portfolios are uploaded same day . We aim to provid samle images within 24 hours .
What is the quality of prints?
All images are high quality produced on Fuji or Poli ( RA4 paper processor )systems.
Can the prints be delivered outside the UK ?
Please contact us with more details to find out if we can offer this service.
What format are the photos in?
All Koval Studio - Piotr Kowalik - Headshots and Modelling Photographer photos are in JPEG format.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds for any images purchased in a digital format. We do not offer refunds for limited edition prints All other prints can be exchanged but the shipping costs would need to be met by the customer. We will of course replace any print that has been damaged in transit.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Koval Studio - Piotr Kowalik - Headshots and Modelling Photographer photos that I download?
Yes. While Koval Studio - Piotr Kowalik - Headshots and Modelling Photographer offers great freedom and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
What to do next?
Please select 4 images and email us the PHOTO TITLES (usually it is a number under the image).We will email you test sample images for your approval. Once approved by you, high res images will be send to you on a cd together with the invoice.
Can I have additional images?
Yes, additional images are charged £15 for BW and £25 for colour
I do not want to purchase an additional image in high res , just require a small version , how can I get one ?
You can download small version of any image from your session directly from your gallery. PLease see a ADDITIONAL Sizes table attached below :
Some of my images appear soft on my screen?
High Resolution images may appear soft, please click on the image rather than use HOVER function to access sharpness corrected version.
Can I request additional corrections?
Yes, basic corrections are free of charge .Please contact us for a quotation when more complex retouch is needed.
Can I order reprints?
Yes , you can order reprints directly of the website .Once you have selected your images a high res version will be uploaded shortly with both digital file download options + reprints options .
How can I pay for additional images or reprints?
We accept all major cards through pay pal. Please contact us if you would like to pay by cheque.
How can I see an image in colour?
You can request to see image you like in colour. Please email the Photo Title.
Can I reproduce the images?
Yes you can.
How about copy rights?
All copy rights are with us, under our Rights Managed license you are allowed to use or reproduce the images for self promotion. Please contact us if you require commercial / advertorial license.
